You can choose your substrate for Duro from a range of materials:

Tierrafino Base, with or without straw, and two kinds of lime plaster. Gypsum plaster is also a good substrate.

We advise you to read the product sheets of Base and Kalk lime plaster before you start working.

Loam plaster is the oldest plastering style in the world.

Loam plaster adheres well to dry, dust-free and degreased surfaces.

Tierrafino Contact is a primer for clay loam plasters onto smooth or very absorbing surfaces, including for Duro onto ceilings.

Tierrafino Contact Fine is a primer for Duro onto smooth or very absorbing walls.
